He holds a degree in Economic Sciences, specializing in Public Economics, from the University of Vigo. He has more than 25 years of experience in the ICT sector, with the last 18 focused on cybersecurity. From 2007 to 2018, he was part of the National Cybersecurity Institute of Spain (INCIBE), taking on roles in R&D&I, national industry development, entrepreneurship programs, and internationalization initiatives.<\/p>\n

In 2018, he joined Telef\u00f3nica TECH as a cybersecurity and innovation expert, where he was responsible for launching the C4IN Industrial Cybersecurity Laboratory in Le\u00f3n \u2014 a hub for innovation and the development of Telef\u00f3nica\u2019s own cybersecurity products.<\/p>\n

In November 2025, he joined InprOTech as a Project Director, leading the creation of new industrial cybersecurity laboratories in Galicia.<\/p>\n

He holds certifications in Innovation and Leadership from the MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), Moonshot Thinking, Cybersecurity and AI (GIAC, ISMS Forum), and the Black Level Accreditation from the Industrial Cybersecurity Center.
