One of our company\u2019s core values is customer orientation<\/strong>. Therefore, we consider it essential to understand our clients\u2019 opinions and level of satisfaction regarding our services.<\/span><\/p>\n

For this reason, we have once again conducted our anonymous survey project<\/strong>, allowing us to identify areas for improvement, tailor our solutions to their needs, and ensure that all expectations are met.<\/span><\/p>\n

Below, we provide a summary of some key insights from the results obtained:<\/span><\/p>\n

Satisfaction Level<\/b><\/h2>\n

Regarding overall satisfaction, clients were asked to rate how satisfied they are with the value received from Inprotech, on a scale from 1 (“not satisfied at all”) to 10 (“very satisfied”).<\/span><\/p>\n

The result was an outstanding score of 9.83<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, to measure satisfaction more specifically, clients were asked to rate their satisfaction with the following aspects of the company:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Efficiency in problem resolution<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Meeting expectations<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Accessibility and technical expertise of the team<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Value for money<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Range of services aligned with their needs<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    The average score for 2024 was 4.7 out of 5<\/strong>, the highest achieved so far, significantly improving compared to previous years.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Likelihood of Recommendation<\/b><\/h2>\n

    We also evaluated the likelihood of being recommended to a partner or acquaintance using the Net Promoter Score (NPS)<\/strong> methodology. The score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors (ratings from 1 to 6) from the percentage of promoters (ratings of 9 and 10).<\/span><\/p>\n

    The result obtained was 83<\/strong>, which is considered excellent<\/strong> and the best result achieved by the company to date (6<\/strong>3 in 2023, 60 in 2022, and 64 in 2021). The industry average in the technology sector is 40 points.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The improvements observed across all areas reflect not only the trust our clients place in us but also the positive impact of our actions. This confirms our year-on-year growth<\/strong> and reaffirms InprOTech’s commitment to providing top-quality service.<\/span><\/p>\n
