Industrial cybersecurity requires <\/span>trust, continuity, and a deep understanding<\/b> of production processes. This is why every year we systematically analyze how those who trust us to protect their OT environments perceive our services.<\/span><\/p>\n

This exercise not only allows us to measure results, but also to identify how the sector is evolving, which challenges are emerging in factories, plants, and critical environments, and how we can better support each organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

A level of satisfaction that drives us forward<\/b><\/h2>\n

Industrial digital transformation is advancing rapidly, and with it, expectations regarding security. In this context, our clients rated their <\/span>overall satisfaction<\/b> with InprOTech on a scale of <\/span>1 to 10<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The score obtained was <\/span>9.33 out of 10<\/b>, a figure that shows that our specialization in OT environments continues to be a significant differentiator.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alongside this global assessment, we also requested a more detailed evaluation of different aspects of the service: <\/span><\/p>\n

            The <\/span>average specific satisfaction<\/b> obtained this year reached <\/span>4.46 out of 5<\/b>, reflecting that our practical and operations-oriented approach aligns with the real needs of the sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

            Recommendation and trust: InprOTech’s NPS<\/b><\/h2>\n

            In such a sensitive environment as the industrial one, trust is essential. For this reason, we measure our clients’ willingness to recommend us through the <\/span>Net Promoter Score (NPS)<\/b> indicator.<\/span><\/p>\n

            In 2025, InprOTech reached an <\/span>NPS of 83<\/b>, a value that highlights <\/span>the strength of the relationships we build and the perception that our work provides security and peace of mind in critical operations<\/b>. This figure encourages us to continue strengthening our role as a strategic partner for plants and OT environments.<\/span><\/p>\n
