One of our company’s core values is customer orientation. Therefore, we consider it essential to understand our clients’ opinions and level of satisfaction regarding our services.

For this reason, we have once again conducted our anonymous survey project, allowing us to identify areas for improvement, tailor our solutions to their needs, and ensure that all expectations are met.

Below, we provide a summary of some key insights from the results obtained:

Satisfaction Level

Regarding overall satisfaction, clients were asked to rate how satisfied they are with the value received from Inprotech, on a scale from 1 (“not satisfied at all”) to 10 (“very satisfied”).

The result was an outstanding score of 9.83.

Additionally, to measure satisfaction more specifically, clients were asked to rate their satisfaction with the following aspects of the company:

  1. Efficiency in problem resolution
  2. Meeting expectations
  3. Accessibility and technical expertise of the team
  4. Value for money
  5. Range of services aligned with their needs

The average score for 2024 was 4.7 out of 5, the highest achieved so far, significantly improving compared to previous years.

Likelihood of Recommendation

We also evaluated the likelihood of being recommended to a partner or acquaintance using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology. The score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors (ratings from 1 to 6) from the percentage of promoters (ratings of 9 and 10).

The result obtained was 83, which is considered excellent and the best result achieved by the company to date (63 in 2023, 60 in 2022, and 64 in 2021). The industry average in the technology sector is 40 points.

The improvements observed across all areas reflect not only the trust our clients place in us but also the positive impact of our actions. This confirms our year-on-year growth and reaffirms InprOTech’s commitment to providing top-quality service.

In 2025, we will conduct this project again to stay informed about our clients’ needs, areas for improvement, and the new challenges they present to us.
