Within this framework, various presentations took place where partners and clients reflected on various issues related to this topic and the solutions found.

Several leading companies attended the event to present solutions to problems affecting the industry. The event began with a presentation by DIHGIGAL, followed by a presentation where legal obligations in cybersecurity took center stage. After clarifying the background of the NIS2 regulatory framework, which repeals NIS, the new conditions and sectors of application covered by this regulation were made clear.

From the InprOTech team, we actively participated in the event, our Sales Director Pedro Estévez, as a speaker, presented the implementation case of our Guardian, in one of our clients, ADHEX. Additionally, our CEO, Iago Fortes Caramés, participated as a moderator in a client panel, with representatives from EMENASA, ADHEX, and CEAMSA, where relevant topics regarding cybersecurity regulations in the industrial sector were discussed. Topics such as the most common types of attacks they have detected or the various security regulations applied in these companies were discussed, highlighting the integrated approach between incident mitigation and response.

During the event, various presentations took place that allowed for an in-depth look at how to successfully implement NIS2 in an efficient manner, from access controls to SaaS security services. The intervention on cybersecurity threats from GenAI and their mitigation strategies. The use of mobile devices as an entry vector in 9 out of 10 cyberattacks, the presentation of an OT cybersecurity case in air transport. The crucial role of Cloud together with cybersecurity in the supply chain.

After this event, it is clearer than ever that there is an imperative need for cybersecurity in the industrial sector through continuous collaboration between companies to adapt to this increasingly challenging environment.
